[hylafax-users] Communication problems using a Thinkpad Modem

Hi,

I'm using Hylafax from a SuSE-Installation running within a VMWare on  
my Thinkpad T61. For testing purposes I tried to send a fax to a local  
Fax Printer (HP 2840). Communication seems to start okay but after a  
few bytes it successively reduces the transfer rate to 1200 Baud and  
eventually cancel the Fax job.

The Modem is configured as a Class 1 devices. Any hints on what I may  
have to change in order to get this internal modem working? Or is it  
possible, that the issue is related to the VMWare-Installation or my  
HP-Fax? Any tipps are welcome.
