[hylafax-users] Customise failed fax transmission notification

I'd like to customise the failed fax
email notification.
What I'd like is that when a user receives
a failed transmission email, the email has a clickable hyperlink that takes
them to a webpage showing their document, allowing them to resend,

The standard email that is received
is fine, except I'd like to put an additional bit of info at the top i.e.
the hyperlink.

Is this possible without rewriting notify
too much?
