[hylafax-users] Drivers installed but "Waiting for modem to come ready"

Hi everybody,

I try to receive fax with an ISDN card.

After installing mISDN with all the module for that on a billion card ( Cologne Chip Designs GmbH ISDN network controller [HFC-PCI] (rev 02) ) :

/etc/hylafax# lsmod | grep -i ISD
mISDN_dsp_kb1ec 4512 0
mISDN_dsp_mg2ec 5472 0
mISDN_dsp_mec2 4512 0
mISDN_dsp 192100 3 mISDN_dsp_kb1ec,mISDN_dsp_mg2ec,mISDN_dsp_mec2
mISDN_core 68164 2 mISDN_dsp,hfcpci
isdn 108352 1 hisax
slhc 5408 1 isdn

The documentation about mISDN say it works now for HCF card.

So I restart hylafax, and try to detect the modem :

faxstat
HylaFAX scheduler on faxvoicedigit: Running
Modem faxCAPI (+33.1X.XXXXXXX ): Waiting for modem to come ready

I try to "talk" to the modem as say in the documentation :

/etc/hylafax# cu -l isdnctrl0
cu: open (/dev/isdnctrl0): Permission denied
cu: isdnctrl0: Line in use

But it doesn't work. I find something on my syslog :

So i was thinking it was comming from my config.faxCAPI generated by capi4hylafax and I find this strange indentation :

# generated, but each section must receive a different HylafaxDeviceName; and
# a different controller must be listed in every subsection within a section.
# For stand-alone operation, it is sufficient to have just one section with
# as many subsections as required, since virtual DeviceNames do not play
# any role in this mode of operation.
#
{

    # "HylafaxDeviceName" ist der Name, unter dem sich C4H bei HylaFAX als
    # "virtuelles Modem" anmeldet. Sollen für HylaFAX mehrere dieser "Modems"
    # erzeugt werden, legen Sie einfach eine neue Section mit einem anderen
    # HylafaxDeviceName an.
    #
    # "HylafaxDeviceName" is the name, under which C4H registers in HylaFAX as
    # a "virtual modem". If multiple "modems" are to be generated for Hyla

So I delete the { and change the indentation, but unfortunatly nothing change !

How could I do please ? I don't know where to search to solve my problem.

Thanks a lot for your help.

A.
