How does your local network, your meta switch, regular network, and dedicated network change the fundamental issue that the SIP communication is occurring over UDP?

Perhaps you believe that those things have mitigated the effect of UDP packet loss. However, the fact that your fax images are getting truncated is perfect evidence that is not the case.
