I already installed libldap-2.4.-2 and  libldap2-dev using Synaptic Package Manager in Ubuntu.

Is still occur/ prompt out the same Error...

Is suspect:
There is no  libldap_r.so.2 library in libldap-2.4.-2 package. There has only /usr/lib/libldap_r-2.4.so.2.0.5

There has two alternative to solve the problem:
1. Change the configuration file from  libldap_r.so.2  to libldap_r-2.4.so.2.0.5
2. Install the libldap2 version that provide  libldap_r.so.2 library

May I know which option I should take?

So far I search in internet there is no exactly libldap2 package but have version such as libldap-2.4.-2....

Install the libldap2 package.
