I'm just speculating but If you remove verbose you shouldn't see none of 
these.

You need to attach the file from /var/spool/hylafax/log of the job sent 
to the aficio machine. If you have no idea of which commid it got just 
grep the telephone number in that dir.

You have to wait previous jobs to complete or faxrm them. You probably 
are enqueing multiple faxes to the same number right?
