*ModemSetOriginCmd*
   The command to use to set the call origin information before placing
   a call. The command may include a single ``%d'' where the job
   request ``faxnumber'' string is to be substituted. The command may
   also include a single ``%s'' where the job request ``faxname''
   string is to be subsituted.

So %d comes from "faxnumber" in the job q-file... it corresponds to the 
'sendfax -u' option.
