Yes, you do it with a combination of "RecvqProtection" in your 
hfaxd.conf file (see: http://hylafax.sourceforge.net/man/hfaxd.php ) and 
manipulating the group-id number of the received TIFF files with 
FaxDispatch to match that of the corresponding user-id in your 
etc/hosts.hfaxd file.
