What is the output of 'mailq' on your machine? Does your mail log show  
a mail message being queued by HylaFAX?

You might want to grep your syslog for the 'faxrcvd' command that  
HylaFAX is running, cd to /var/spool/hylafax and try running that  
command yourself, so see if it executes without error.
