Sometimes the settings in etc/setup.cache are customized by the 
administrator, and thus making automatic changes to that configuration 
file is unwise.

Again, the general update procedure is to include re-running faxsetup.

That said, in HylaFAX+ I try to avoid requiring this of the users, and 
so I develop things accordingly... attempting to cope with old copies of 
etc/setup.cache.
