They are probably located in your standard logging directory.. like
/var/log. The real way to find out where the logs are being written to
are to look into your 'hfaxd.conf' file at the "LogFacility: " option.
 Plus I think each one of the config.ttySx files have a LogFacility
option too.

Most likely you'll see them in /var/log/messages  or  /var/log/daemon
or /var/log/syslog  depending how your linux distro is setup and what
log facilities are available for use.
