[hylafax-users] login error 550 cannot set privileges

Hello All,

I get this error 550, cannot set privileges, each time I reboot my server.

If I sudo restart Hylafax, everything works fine, till next reboot.

Now, I noticed that some Hylafax files have owner/group set as 
uucp/uucp, other have root/root.
I guess that somehow some of the values have changed, because once I did 
not have this error rebooting the server.

Should ALL Hylafax files be set as uucp/uucp?!
