Could someone help me configure SuSe 10.3 with Hylafax, and modem is

Digi AccelePort RAS Univ (3.3 & 5.0V) PCI 8 Modem Card w/ RJ-11 On Board Connectors - Germany

I am new to hylafax. So a step by step guide will be much helpfull.
