[hylafax-users] Sendfax time of day

I see the ability to set a time of day for sending though I want something a 
bit more fine tuned then that.

By default I want outgoing faxes sent 830am to 400pm Monday to Friday, with 
the ability to send immediately if overridden at the command line when 
invoking sendfax command.

How could this be achieved please?
