Not all the faxes come in as v.34 and most of them don't come in as
JBIG, but that isn't the need for the E1. The E1 is so that we can
expand to 30 lines or even 60 lines to 1 hylafax server. The most I've
seen from Mainpine is the IQ-Express or the RockForce with a max of 8
ports. If I supposedly get a Server I'd need to put 4 RockForce cards
in it and i'd get a total of 32 ports. Even then those will be hooked
up to some gateway/E1 things we have that hold around 1,000 lines. We
may even need to get 60 line (would use 2 E1 cards) but with analouge
I'd need to somehow get more PCI slots.

So you see what i'm getting at here.. more on the topic of expansion
without having to build another server. Maybe I might have to do that
in the end.. who knows. I looked at these brooktrout cards and they
need some downloadable licsence key or something. That just doesn't go
well with me.
