Do you think it would have to do with the print driver?  Or does it 
automatically transfer it into something that hylafax can read and send 
on?

For some reason Winprint HylaFAX is submitting a job without anything to 

fax.  Somehow that is getting through faxq to trigger a call out, but 
when faxsend gets to the part where it goes to fetch the fax image it 
can't find any, and so it hangs up.

So the problem is somewhere with your Winprint setup or something.
