Hrmm... I think that you have the sendmail.mc entries correct.  This 
looks like a faxmail bug in 4.4.2.  I'd be surprised to see this happen 
with HylaFAX+ 5.2.0, but if you can't go there if you can send me a copy 
of the mail source I'll test it out.
