Well, unfortunately, if there is a bug in 4.3.0, and it's not fixed in
the latest 4.3 release, you can be certain the patch will be against the
latest 4.3 release, not 4.3.0...

That said, you'll have to increase the logging level for faxq for the
logs to tell us anythying... Set ServerTracing to 0xFFFFF, and send some
logs.

No - those are relative tiems...

4.3.0 is really rough around the edgies with it's batching support.  I
would really recommend and upgrade to atleast the latest 4.3 release.
