If you're talking about via faxmail...

faxmail isn't capable by itself to handle HTML inline attachments as you 
would expect.  It will require that you pre-process the e-mail, 
stripping out and decoding the in-line attachments, saving them to disk 
in a place where html2ps can get at them... then push the mail through 
faxmail with html2ps converting the text/html parts.

With that done, however... it may almost be easier to bypass faxmail 
altogether and submit the fax via sendfax from the "preprocessing" script.
