[hylafax-users] Need better tiff split

I need a better tiff splitter than tiffsplit, the one that came with either hylafax or Centos, which does not give you any options but just takes a multi-page tiff and splits all pages. What I'm looking for is one that you can give a starting page number and either a count or ending page plus which also allows one to select the destination file.
