[hylafax-users] How to send hylafax and OS messages to network printer?
Hi:
I have a pizza-box size PC that runns Debian Etch and Hylafax. It acts
as a dedicated fax server. I'd like to remove the kbd and display and
have any console terminal dumps from hylafax (or anything else) sent
directly to a network printer.
Hmm on second thought, it probably would be just as beneficial to send
it to a file. (this would not be redirecting hylafax log files)
In the first case, could I redirect stdout and stderr>lpr? In the
second case, redirect stdout and stderr>filename.txt?
Or if I wanted to write to the console as well as a .txt file and
printer? This is beginning to sound like I need a program that will
register any number of streams and a dispatcher to reroute the input
streams to any output.
Thanks for your input on this matter.
John
