Do you have user/password authentication enabled or are you 
authenticating straight off of IP?  IE may be looking for a login 
prompt.  Anyway, I've gotten IE to work with hfaxd before... it just 
takes some work to get it there... you may have to even do some 
configuration with IE's ftp client.
