Hi Michael,

You probably need to consult the detailed AT manual for the modem to ensure
that they don't have additional Caller ID commands that are not listed on
the modemhelp.org site.

I'd also suggest that you check with Zoom that the model you have supports
the Caller ID standards in New Zealand.

I followed the information here-

and both options present the same string. The only difference is whether the

modem prefixs it with "MESG" or not.
