[hylafax-users] GS Dies and I Don't Know Why

I’m submitting a job to Hylafax.  The original document is a PDF.  Ghostscript dies trying to convert this file, but I can’t figure out why.  What would be the best way to diagnose this?  The error message I’m getting is:
