Personally I've done it with psmark...
I've converted the received tiff to an PS file - then run psmark on
the file...and then out to a printer or email.
Though by using this method I'm only able to print text like sender -
and timestamp... I cannot print page number and stuff like that :(
(Not that I know of anyway)?
