[hylafax-users] Monitoring with Nagios

Hi,
I´m found on hylafax site an plugin to monitor the queues of Hylafax 
with Nagios, so I´ve installed nagios and create the file with script 
content e make it executable...when I try to run, I get the error:

Can't locate utils.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/nagios/plugins 
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl) at ./check_hylafax line 7.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./check_hylafax line 7.

It´s look like missing any perl module...so I tried to find this 
utils.pm but without success

Anyone knows how to get it to work?
