To delete another user's job, you *have* to have ADMIN privildges.  That means that in addition to logging in, the "ADMIN <pass>" command needs to be given in the client/server protocol.

Can you rais the logging level of hfaxd on your server and see if WHFC is sending the admin command, and verify that it is succeeding?
