Hi Raphael,

This seems to be working when you dial out.

When you call the modem from the cell phone what do you hear on the cell
phone speaker ?  A busy tone, ring-ring, something else maybe ?  What
happens if you plug a phone into the same line does it ring when you call
from the cell phone ?

I've tried with minicom and I am able to dial out on my cell phone. but
nothing
happen when I call back from my cell phone.

Here is what I get when I connect with minicom :
