Hi Moritz,

A failure rate of 20% is appalling and you should probably start looking at
that first.  Failure rates below 1% are readily achievable.

Send us details of your setup including HylaFAX version, Diva Cards, and
Telco setup.  Also set ServerTracing and SessionTracing to 0xFFF in your
config files and post the logs here.

Hi,

I'm running Web to Fax gateways with hylafax and Eicon Diva Server Cards.

Now when faxing within Germany, my success rate is quite ok (around 80 %).
Faxes to foreign countries do fail more then 50% ? Is this just due to
bad line ?
Could I do somthing here ?

(49 is germany.. )
