Not from the command line, but you can set it in one of the config files
that it parses for options:
    sendfax.conf
    hyla.conf
    ~/.hylarc

sendfax.conf and hyla.conf are in the "libdata" directory,
which is /usr/local/lib/fax on default installs, but usually something
like /etc/hylafax on packaged installs.
