Whether or not you are root makes no difference to faxrm - because faxrm 
is a client program that communicates as a client to the hfaxd service.  
It doesn't know that you're a privileged user.  You have to log in and 
use "admin" privileges to accomplish it.  See 'man faxrm' and 'man 
hosts.hfaxd' and 'man faxadduser':
