It goes in the modem config file - that's config.<devid> 
(config.ttyXX).  The plain "config" file is for the faxq server process 
instead of for the faxsend/faxgetty fax modem drivers.

If it's a faxq config item then it will have a little "1" or a little 
"2" above the name of the configuration item.
