The sender did not identify itself with a meaningful TSI (it signalled TSI, but it didn't contain anything).
To get the caller's number you may be able to do it with Caller*ID support in the modem and from the telco.

I'll have to check if we got caller ID support on our fax lines. I think we do.. some times I get letters instead of numbers where the phone is supposed to be.
