Thanks Andrew.

Very common tasks. Basically I need to send faxes as well as receive
reports. It's a send-only environment. I surely need a local address
book where I'm able to import old contacts from the most common formats
(cvs, txt) and, mandatory, from winfax clients.
Regarding to the report what I actually need is receive back the
document I sent possibly attached in the report's page.
Obviously, the interface should be as easy as possible.
