Actually, it usually means that the job expired before it could be sent 
successfully. The default killtime is, I believe, 3 hours. If you have a 
long queue backlog or your modem stops sending for whatever reason, jobs can 
timeout before they get sent. If you need a longer killtime, refer to the -k 
commandline argument to sendfax, or the documentation for whatever other 
client you might be using to submit your jobs to the HylaFAX server.
