I think you refer to iaxmodem 0.2.0 and not 0.0.2.

There were no changes between 5.0.3 and 5.0.4 that would account for the 
modem behaving differently.

Please double-check your installation, and in particular your iaxmodem 
installation.  If you can't find anything, I will need to see the 
iaxmodem .raw audio recordings, as usual.
