On an other server we have installed Asterisk with iaxmodem and hylafax for receiving faxes.
Sometimes i get the next error "COMREC received DCN" when receiving a fax.

Jan 22 14:04:01.80: [25489]: RECV recv DCN (disconnect)

At 14:03:56.16 the sender apparently thought that it had more pages to send after the first one. But then after we confirmed the receipt of the first page the sender then sent an unexpected signal to disconnect instead.

Your guess will be as good as any as to why it did that. The sender would most certainly know.

My guess is that either the sender pushed "Stop" on the sending fax machine or the fax machine wasn't able to feed page 2.
