It is a  Hewlett Packart 7410 Office Jet.  Now the end user is telling me he was able to fax us successfully yesterday but wasn?t able to fax us again today and hasn?t been able to fax us for the past month, but swears the problem is on our end and everything is ok on his end.

 

  Can someone please point me in the right direction??
