Well, assuming the message is correct about the receiver --- it means 
that the receiver has bit 10 of the DIS signal set to zero - indicating 
that it cannot support MH or MR... although confirmation of this should 
probably be made with later bits in DIS (although I doubt that such 
confirmation is made).

As the accuracy of that message is suspect (whether the receiver is in 
error or whether it's a HylaFAX bug) and so it would be good for you to 
send a session log with SessionTracing at 0xFFF.
