Run that faxrcvd command by hand, as root, from the /var/spool/hylafax
directory. Hopefully it will give you output indicating what is wrong.

One too many quote marks before the second 'FaxMachine' arguement.
Stalls the whole thing. I'll try and figure out where it is getting
picked up.
