I don`t know what have I done, but now i have:
# faxstat -v
Trying localhost (127.0.0.1) at port 4559...
Connected to localhost.
220 serwer server (HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.3.0) ready.
-> USER root
230 User root logged in.
-> PORT 127,0,0,1,16,245
200 PORT command successful.
-> LIST status
150 Opening new data connection for "status".
HylaFAX scheduler on serwer: Running
Modem faxCAPI (18): Running and idle
226 Transfer complete.

but it doesn`t change anything. Still got a problem with error protocol error layer 3.
