I need email notification of incoming fax errors and have set it up as per the config and script snippets below but it does not work for one (or maybe some) type(s) of error. It works fine for T2 timeouts or "failure to detect high-speed carrier" but not for this:

I notice that in xferfaxlog there is only a CALL record whereas for T2 and lost carrier errors there is a RECV and a CALL record. I switched on ServerTracing but it didn't give me any help (AFAIK).
