For what it's worth, I can confirm that both indexes for September 2006
appear to return a 404, and nothing else appears to (though I didn't try
them all.)

I also note that October is curiously absent.

Not being involved in any way other than being a list member, I can only
confirm that if you have done something boneheaded, I have done precisely
the same thing.
