[hylafax-users] 4.3.0: CIDName/CIDNumber directives used, but values not passed to faxrcvd

I'm using HylaFAX 4.3.0 with a lucent-mt-10 style modem.

In /var/spool/hylafax/etc/config.ttyS4, I have the following lines relevant to caller-id:
ModemResetCmds: AT+VCID=1
CIDName: "NAME="
CIDNumber: "NMBR="

When a call is received, the modem correctly provides the name and number from which the call was placed:

Aug 27 17:41:46.23: [27065]: SESSION BEGIN 000000293 15128747601
Aug 27 17:41:46.23: [27065]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.3.0
Aug 27 17:41:46.23: [27065]: <-- [4:ATA\r]
Aug 27 17:41:46.66: [27065]: --> [9:DATE=0827]
Aug 27 17:41:46.66: [27065]: --> [9:TIME=1741]
Aug 27 17:41:46.66: [27065]: --> [15:NMBR=<REDACTED>]
Aug 27 17:41:46.66: [27065]: --> [16:NAME=<REDACTED>]
Aug 27 17:41:58.03: [27065]: --> [7:CONNECT]

...however, when FaxRcvd is called, the caller ID info isn't present:

FaxGetty[27065]: RECV FAX: bin/faxrcvd-local "recvq/fax000000003.tif" "ttyS4" "000000293" ""

Also notable is that when printing out the relevant configuration elements, FaxGetty prints cidnumber but not cidname:

FaxGetty[27065]: MODEM set DTR OFF
FaxGetty[27282]: servertracing = 0xe005 (line 22)
FaxGetty[27282]: speakervolume = quiet (line 23)
FaxGetty[27282]: taglineformat = From %%l|%c|Job %%i, Page %%P/%%T (line 24)
FaxGetty[27282]: sessiontracing = 0xffffffff (line 25)
FaxGetty[27282]: localidentifier = (line 26)
FaxGetty[27282]: Unknown configuration parameter "pollrcvdcmd" ignored at line 27
FaxGetty[27282]: cidnumber = NMBR= (line 28)
FaxGetty[27282]: Unknown configuration parameter "notifycmd" ignored at line 29

(Frankly, I'd be perfectly happy to have the numeric portion of the CID info only, but even that doesn't seem to be getting passed to faxrcvd)
