[hylafax-users] Fw: IAXModem + Hylafax (No Local Dialtone.)

I did. I get nothing at all on the CLI, unfortunately.

Hence why I included my extensions.conf and other configs in hopes of
determining what's going on.

Iaxmodem1-4 is correctly registered and my inittabs bind my
config.iaxymodems to ttyIAX0,1,2,3 and I've tried it with and without the
"Host" options.

I'm guessing/thinking/hoping that sending it to device "ttyIAX0" should
cause "iaxmodem1" to make a call in it's own context, which has code for
calling out, via exten => _X.
