The problem's not the client, it's your firewall. Like FTP, HylaFAX uses more than one port. You'll either need to use the ftp module on your firewall, or open more ports.
Hello ,
Im having trouble setting up a windows client , hylafax is listening on port 4559 ( nmap told me so ) . I can send / recieve faxes ok. But when i send a fax to the fax server for sending it seems to do nothing ?, mind you etherreal tells me that only 3 TCP packets have left the windows machine on port 4559 , either windows just isnt sending any more and the print spool thinks ever thing is ok or the hylafax server is telling the clint not to bother?
I have tried frogfax and winprinthylafax
any others that someone has hadd success with ?
Joel
