[hylafax-users] add a page outbounf

2 problem:
1)i don't understand
how can i add a page in last page
(so i have to append a page)
on all the fax in outbound.

the page is already in ps format

where i tell to hylafax that?


2) hylafax send coverpage only if i print on server with -vv option
on the client it doesn't send coverpage
in windows i use winprint for client.
