[hylafax-users] REMOTE HANGUP: Unspecified Transmit Phase C error (code 40)

Hello,

i have the following problem with an "old" Modem runnning hylafax 4.2.1 (debian_sarge):

> REMOTE HANGUP: Unspecified Transmit Phase C error (code 40)

The error occurs not every fax, but sometimes.
Googleling arround there are very old postings vom 1997 oder 1999 dealing
with the Class2DDISCmd to set. But to set to what ?

Here is my config generated by faxaddmodem:

I already set it to Class2DDISCmd: "" but nothing helped - there are still
problem with some fax machines.

Doens anybody has a clue ?
Does anybody know what to fill in after:
Class2DDISCmd ?

In http://www.hylafax.org/content/Handbook:Advanced_Server_Configuration:Modem_Parameter_Usage_for_Outbound_Calls
I can read that the command must be set, and if not set it is a problem, but I cannot find any solution to
what command I should set it. faxaddmodem autoconfigures ist to AT+FDIS, but as the log says, there ist
eh +FHNG: 40 Error returning.
Does this returns from MY modem of from the remote fax machine ?
When I disable Class2DDISCmd with "" and restart hylafax, then the modem does not start to dial, so i think
my modem need this command.

Any help out there ?

The modem is an old: EXAR, Rockwell, Class2 .... very common I think and it runs normally ...
