The only REJECT I see on the receive-side (where FaxDispatch has a role) 
is with rejection of CallID, TSI, or PWD.  Is this to what you refer?  
If so the answer currently is no.  These rejections to not end up 
triggering faxrcvd (which calls on FaxDispatch).
