Thanks for your answer. I did all steps which you described.

Here is the log when I run faxgetty in the internal modem. When is sent
to modem ATZ (reset) then the modem answer OK and continue. After this
log I will try to send fax.

Now I sent the fax. Fax was received properly, but modem is in the
Waiting for reply state. Here is the log:

It seems that the modem doesnt answer on ATZ (reset) and this is the
reason why is the modem froozen. Do you have idea how to solve it?
Change SoftResetCmds to something else?

In your modem config file set ServerTracing to 0xFFF and then recreate 
the problem. Then the problem should be illustrated in the syslog 
(/var/log/messages ?). If it doesn't become clear to you please send the

relevant syslog information here.
